Samuel Goldy was born in 1745, Burlington County, New Jersey. He married Jerusha Corlies. She was born September 28, 1746 and died December 13, 1805. At this time we do not know where they are buried. Jerusha Corlies is the daughter of William Corlies II and Mary Farnsworth. Mary Farnsworth was the widow of Joseph Stockton, who died in 1741, in Springfield, New Jersey.

Jerusha Corlies born in Monmouth County, probaly Shrewsbury. Her grandfather (William
Corlies 1689-1754) was said to be one of the founders of the town.
