State Representative Cele Hahn takes Westfield Community Development Director Jim Boardman on a hard hat tour of the Leonard Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge in Boston. The bridge is just one part of the state's "Big Dig", the world's largest construction project, which will result in all of the Central Artery being underground through the capitol city, and then soar over the Charles River on this new span.
