Summary of 10 June HHS1963 Zoom e-Reunion

The Zoom meeting was scheduled to start at 9 p.m. Huntington time (EST).

Bill logged in at 8:30 a.m. and found Cathy was already connected. Tom Zahn also joined around 8:45 a.m., and the rest of the attendees logged in shortly after 9 a.m.

 - Huntington's time zone - There was some confusion about the time zone in Huntington.

- Five friends have passed away since the last Zoom e-Reunion:

            - John Mason

            - Van Bailey

            - Darlene (Aughinbaugh) Warkentien

            - Roger Vance

            - Dave Kennedy (not a classmate, but a friend of many of us)

- Do you like peanut butter?

- A long discussion about pets.

- How difficult is it to play soccer during the winter in East Coast weather?

- Check out "Jim Seneff" online to read about his success.

- Everyone talked about their first airplane flight. The ages ranged from under 10 to in their 20s.

- Old age - what do you consider "old age" now?

- There was a detailed discussion about student immigrants, both in the US and in other countries.

- Do you remember Ms. Plumly and Study Hall?

- We’d like more participants! Please join us on the next Zoom e-Reunion on Wed, Sep 9 - Same Time, Same Station!

We discussed much more than mentioned above, and everyone enjoyed the opportunity to meet former classmates and friends.

The meeting lasted a little over 2 hours and ended about 10:15 p.m. Huntington time.
