So, I’ll be thinking about these procedures
and trying to get an idea of how much #3, #4, and #5 would cost. My
doctor is recommending the #4 Catheter Ablation, but that costs
about as much as a Pacemaker, and if it doesn’t work, I’ll probably
need a pacemaker. Cardioversion, #3, is the least expensive of these
surgical alternatives, costing about half as much as the other two.
But to be sure, I’ll need to contact the hospital and get a more
accurate estimate.
My next appointment with this doctor is in
about 2½ months, on August 4, 2026.
And, for the record, my BP reading right now,
after writing this report, is:
127/72 with 60 BPM
