The cloak illustrated was made of gray cloth braided with black soutache, which is sew on so as to stand up on edge in deep close curves.  The braiding borders the fronts, the slash in the skirt at the back, and all the edges of the cape.

The long cloak illustrated is brown and white mixed rough English cloth trimmed with brown and white braid and with ornaments of braid passementerie.  It has wide cape sleeves which hang in a long poiint on the side of the cloak and terminate in tassels.

Medium - 34-36 Bust

The model illustrated is a long morning or travelling cloak of light gray Cheviot, trimmed with bands of black and white checked wool.  A band of the plaid is set along the edgtes of the fronts and each side of the skirt of the bakc, and a plaid plastron is inserted in the back; the collar and cuffs are also plaid.
