The suit illustrated is composed of knee-trousers and a sailor blouse of Marine blue cloth.  The trousers are connect with a vest or under-waist of silesia lining.

This blue suit has a kilt skirt joined to a jacket, worn over short trousers of the same cloth.  These trousers are sometimes omitted, and drawers worn instead, in which case the kilt skirt is cut somewhat longer.
