About

Rooted in the West End

Nā Makani Growers is an integrated agricultural operation on Molokaʻi's dry west end, where the trade winds sweep across acres of ancient kiawe woodland. We produce premium monofloral kiawe honey and cultivate heritage Hawaiian sweet potato varieties using traditional dryland farming methods — the same techniques that sustained communities on this land for centuries before Western contact.

What We Grow

From This Land

Kiawe Honey

White, naturally crystallizing monofloral honey from Molokaʻi's extensive kiawe forests. Harvested from varroa-free colonies in one of the most isolated apiaries in Hawaiʻi.

Now Producing

Heritage ʻUala

Pre-contact Hawaiian sweet potato cultivars grown in restored dryland field systems. We're working to preserve varieties that were carried across the Pacific by the earliest Polynesian voyagers.

Pilot Season

On the Horizon

Conservation earthworks for water harvesting, dairy sheep integration, fodder hedgerows, and beeswax products — building toward a fully self-sustaining operation.
