Goldy Lane, Williamsport, Lycoming County, PA.

Melvin Asher Goldy, the great great grandson of John Goldy and Mary McCulley, had built a house and started a farm on this land. He started a lumber business, that was known as Goldy Lumber. He also bought a hardware store known as Winner Hardware which still exists and is still known as Winner Hardware.

Melvin Asher Goldy Sr died in the 1970's and his wife Anne lived on in the original Farm/homestead until her death. The family sold the farm and thus the lane was named.
