In order to avoid confusion among the trading partners, when submitting trades for Commissioner approval and trading partner confirmation, list in parentheses after each player’s name the number of years remaining on his contract.
I will NOT approve any trade that does not conform to the protocol because once I approve a trade, it is FINAL. I want to be sure that all parties to the trade know how long they will be getting player control for.
