It is the Visiting Team's responsibility to enumerate vs. RHP and vs. LHP batting orders/lineups for any series. The HOME team is under no obligation to make substitutions from such "published" lineups based on a player's fatigue status. LMPT does that based on the organization rules for Tired, Bushed, Worn Out substitutions. One of the advantages of an AIM league over the old format is that games are no longer subject to protest "because the home manager didn't follow my instructions." The f-file is the ONLY "instruction" that must be submitted and followed. Part of a visiting manager's responsibility is to gauge his players' fatigue status and to enumerate his lineups in consideration of their status. (That's one reason that it's so important for the Visiting manager to know the upcoming rotation). I know it's not the easiest thing to do --- I've got to constantly juggle my part-timers to keep them from getting "Tired" --- BUT it is my responsibility as a manager to do so, not my opponent's responsibility. And the same goes for every other CHML member.

OFFICIAL 2025 CHML SEASON (2025) DATA DISK information

To install the new organization and data disk, extract the C-CHML 2025 default-1.LPF file from the e-mail message and store it where you normally keep your CHML c-files. I suggest that you open a "\2025\c-files" folder under your CHML folder and keep all new c-files there. Run LMPT (you don't have to have ANY organization loaded, but it won't hurt to have one loaded either). Then, just load the c-file as you would normally do. In Windows 7 or 10, it should create a C:\Users\Public\Documents\APBA Games\Baseball\U-CHML25.WDD and subfolders on your hard disk and put everything where it's supposed to be.

Notes on content of the 2025 organization
- I have edited the PR ratings of the carded players who maybe converted to SF=100 using League Manager function. The adjusted PRs are contained in the Master Spreadsheet to assist you in making your elections for the 2025 season. They are contained in CHML 2025 SF to 100 Conversion Chart
- There are NO fake-name players on the data disk this year. I have edited some player names to conform to last season's name for our historical purposes.
- Players under contract who are "No Cards" (uncarded) are identified with an "IR" after their surname to indicate "Injured Reserve".
- Retained IR players HAVE BEEN edited to place all of them on the "60-day DL" with the maximum 242 days. If you run an Injured Player report, they will all show up there. Also, they will show up as disabled on your team's Status Report.
- I have edited the MBFs = to at least 750 for all "starting only" pitchers with grades of less than 4 and who made at least 3 starts.
- I have edited their GS to at least 25 as well.
- Although every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of rosters, please review your team's roster and notify me of any suspected errors. All players were moved to the Parent Club; the Farm Clubs were created and affiliated, but have no players on them.
- Please review the Constitution for trade rules.

2/6/26	Friday	FA tenders and non-tenders due. No Reply = Non-Tender All former Hagerstown and Happy Valley Players will be in the FA draft pool click here DONE
2/6/26	Friday	All season disk modifications completed, Master Spreadsheet distributed and Trading is now open DONE
2/6/26	Friday	FA Draft Participation declarations due. No Declaration = No Participation. Trading halted for the duration of the FA draft
2/16/26	Monday	FA Draft Grid published by 11 pm.
2/24/26	Tuesday	Free Agent Draft begins via e-mail.
3/8/26	Sunday	Trading continues
3/15/26	Sunday	Trading closes and cuts due
Teams will be able to exceed the 40-man roster limits during the draft, but will have to cut down below 40 to participate in the Rookie/Replacement Draft
3/17/26	Tuesday	Draft begins via email 16 time slots per day
3/22/26	Sunday	Final draft results and rosters published. Trading Opens
3/29/26	Sunday	Contracts due and Trading closes
3/31/26	Tuesday	Series One default c-file published In-Season Trading Opens
4/2/26	Thursday	Series One f-files due to Commissioner
4/3/26	Friday	Playfile for Series One published � Season begins
