Yellow 'oil skin', 2-piece suit with 'NAVY' marked hooded jacket over sailors clothes, including short black boots and white sailor's hat.  I've dressed him in Navy Attack life belt for effect which carries a flare gun and signal light.  The jacket lets this outfit down as it's badly ripped.

Breeches buoy mechanism is complete and works well - I've added pulley rope eyes to the carriage.  The orange breeches buoy seat is still bright.  The display also features him wearing a Navy attack life jacket but he does have a Scramble Pilot type air vest now.
