IN-HOME SERVICE

We are currently serving Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin, and Berkshire counties of  western Massachusetts.
In most cases we can provide IN-HOME service within 48 hours of your call. We will have a technician call you in advance to discuss the equipment failure at length. Please be prepared with the model number of your equipment.

IN-SHOP SERVICE

We are a company with more than 30 years of experience, in radio and television. We service most major brands using only quality replacement parts and materials. We have the best factory certified / licensed electronic technicians who will diagnose your equipment, and provide you with a complete estimate for repairs.
A small deposit will be required when shipping, or dropping off your equipment. We will then perform the necessary diagnostics needed to prepare your estimate. If you decide to have us repair your equipment, the deposit will be deducted from the repair invoice. If you decide not to repair, then the deposit will become our fee for diagnostics.

Shipping, or appointments, can be made by phone.

INSTALLATIONS

We have more than 20 years experience designing, installing, and servicing Satellite TV Systems.
We have also been installing, and Servicing Satellite Internet Systems since they were first introduced to the market.
We accept contract work from most of the major contractors, and we also sell, install, and service our own customers.
We are Hughes certified for 2-way internet, and all our technicians are SBCA  certified.
We are fully insured.
We always deliver 100% satisfaction to all our customers.

We are a member of a National Installation Group, and can arrange for service, and installation for customers 
residing outside our Installation territory.
